Legal Disclaimer

Solomon Community Advisors, LLC is an independent operational advisory firm serving manufactured home community owners in Oregon. We provide advisory and project support services. We are not a law firm, property management company, real estate brokerage, or manufactured home dealer.

We do not provide legal advice, attorney services, real estate brokerage, or day-to-day property management. We do not collect rent or utility payments, manage resident accounts, or hold client trust funds.

Any engagement involving an appearance in court or action as an owner’s agent must be approved in advance by the community’s licensed Oregon counsel and the owner. The approved role and limited authority will be set out in a written agreement that will be reviewed by Oregon counsel. This limited agency role does not make us a law firm or authorize us to provide legal advice or attorney representation.

Our services may include operational reviews, project support, documentation organization, and coordination with an owner’s qualified professionals. We do not guarantee compliance, prevent disputes, or promise particular financial, operational, or legal outcomes. Owners should consult qualified legal, accounting, engineering, brokerage, or other licensed professionals for matters requiring their expertise.
