About Solomon Community Advisors
Experience Built from the Operator's Perspective
Manufactured home communities are more than real estate. They are operating businesses shaped by people, daily decisions, and regulations, all of which affect an owner’s investment.
I bring more than a decade of property management experience, having supported dozens of communities and thousands of homes across the Pacific Northwest. Today, Solomon Community Advisors serves manufactured home community owners in Oregon, providing practical, independent guidance grounded in firsthand experience.
My work draws on experience with resident relations, operations, documentation, inspections, vendor coordination, capital projects, and challenging community situations. I help owners assess what’s happening, identify priorities, and determine practical next steps. I can work directly with owners who manage their communities themselves or alongside an existing management team or management company.

Experience Work Noting
Oregon FED matters: I have supported owners and worked alongside legal counsel on several dozen Oregon FED cases, matters resolved through favorable court outcomes or settlement. In certain cases, I may appear as the owner’s authorized agent at a first appearance when permitted*.
Utility submetering: I've completed more than a dozen water and electric submetering projects in Oregon, helping owners evaluate systems, improve utility cost recovery, and identify opportunities to recapture utility costs.
Issue resolution: I have helped owners address concerns involving utility billing, rent changes, and other operational practices before they escalated into larger disputes.
"Before a resident complaint becomes a legal issue, before a compliance concern becomes a regulatory problem, and before a small operational gap becomes an expensive mistake. Get experienced guidance."

A Different Approach
Clear advice. Practical next steps. Stronger community operations.
Whether you manage your community yourself, work with a management company, or need help with a specific challenge or project, Solomon Community Advisors offers independent, owner-focused guidance.
I work directly with owners or alongside their management teams to assess operational issues, set priorities, and identify practical next steps. My advice is grounded in real-world community operations and tailored to your needs.
"Good outcomes start with good documentation, consistent processes, and informed decisions. I help owners prepare, organize, and understand operational issues before they become legal battles. Strong documentation is not created when a problem occurs. It is built through consistent operations every day."
"Solomon Community Advisors is a boutique owner-side advisory practice serving a limited number of manufactured housing owners who value experience, direct access, and personalized guidance."
Successful manufactured housing communities are complex. Meaningful advisory work requires more than a quick review or a monthly report; it requires understanding the owner, the community, the history, and the goals behind each decision. For that reason, Solomon Community Advisors intentionally maintains a limited number of advisory relationships.
Successful communities are built through consistent operations, informed decisions, and proactive problem-solving. My role is to help owners identify issues before they become costly mistakes. "I have sat on the management side of the table and understand the pressures owners face when balancing residents, regulations, expenses, and asset performance."
The Difference Between Paper and Practice
Grounded in operations. Focused on owners.
I’m an Oregon-based advisor with more than a decade of experience in manufactured home community operations. I’ve worked alongside owners and onsite teams, and I understand the day-to-day challenges communities face.
Policies and procedures are important, but they work best when they reflect what’s happening on the ground. I help owners connect their goals with operational realities, assess challenges, and identify practical next steps that work for their communities.
